It has been a busy month in Premier Traffic Systems as we continue to deliver traffic management services to a number of clients across the country. We recognise how fortunate we are to have been able to continue trading throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. As a Company it is important that we continue to invest in the growth of our business and our people.
A new recruitment drive meant we had some new faces joining the Company. We are delighted to have welcomed our new Contracts Manager, Shane Brennan, to the team. Shane is a fantastic addition to the management team, bringing with him a vast knowledge and experience of the #TrafficManagement industry. We also welcomed Craig McMullan to our team of operatives and we wish them both well in settling into their new roles.
We changed our interviewing process; moving to a more conversational approach. Recruiting the right people is a priority for us and this style of interviewing helped us get to know the candidates better. With a relaxed approach candidates were less nervous and it gave them the opportunity to talk about their experience and skills.
"An investment in knowledge pays the best interest."

Congratulations to Matthew Hall, Matthew Lindsay and Stephen Birt who all completed their National Highway Sector Scheme 12D training. The training started at the beginning of March, but was postponed due to COVID-19. This week the live assessments were able to be completed. The boys have really impressed with their ability to step up into a Lead operative role- well done!
With a number of new schemes started up the team is busier than ever. We are all across the country delivering the highest quality of service to our clients. We had the IPV out with a 12AB lane closure on the Sydenham By-Pass. A few snaps of Sam, Matthew and Victor in action! Keep an eye out for us on the roads!
