Review of 2020

Our team got a well deserved break over the Christmas period although now it seems like a distant memory! 2021 is upon us and we are back into the thick of it! The new year marks the end of our financial year and a good opportunity to reflect back on 2020 and make plans the year to come.

COVID-19 dominated 2020. There is a sense of hope with news of a vaccine that life as we used to know it will return and we can experience some normality again soon. However, beginning 2021 in lockdown reminds us that we are not out of the woods yet and there is still a way to go. We can't talk about COVID-19 without acknowledging those who been on the frontline throughout the pandemic. There are not enough words to express gratitude to all those workers who have soldiered on through.

If 2020 in Premier was a theme- it would be growth. Whether that was business growth or development of our team, this had been our focus. Another focus has been ensuring the quality of our service. We have been delighted with some of the feedback our team has received over the past year from clients. It is evident that our quality and service is unrivalled. Our team, across the board, deserve so much credit for maintaining the standards that our clients have come to expect.

Highlights of 2020

  • Recruited 19 new members to the Premier team

  • Doubled our motor fleet from 8 vehicles to 16

  • Exceeded our financial targets

  • Welcomed a number of new clients

  • Trained 12 operatives to a higher level within the NHSS training framework

Future Focused

Despite the challenges COVID-19 presented, it is important to look at the successes, no matter how small. We are currently reviewing our strategic plan for the next 3 years, evaluating our successes and struggles, to compile our goals going forward.

"The best way to predict the future is to create it"

We are working on a few new developments for the Company with exciting times ahead! We have emerged from 2020 stronger, learning that opportunities can come from every situation. One lesson all of us can take away from 2020 has been to expect the unexpected.
